Hey everyone-thanks again for all the support. We are trying to answer the questions in the comments as they come in. Adding new add-ons as we get inventories from our warehouse. Here's some update news:

COLD DEAD WAR sneak peak-

Written and illustrated by Craig Wilson---This episode of Cold Dead War takes place right after the events of the Heavy Metal film. If you watched the "B-17" sequence, we see the pilot get surrounded by zombies, but did he die? Or did he escape? You'll have to read the issue to find out!

FRANK FRAZETTA COVER ADD-ON TYPO

The Frank Frazetta cover add-on graphic has the text "Kickstarter Exclusive" this is an error that we neglected to fix before we launched. The Frank Frazetta cover was never assigned to be a "Kickstarter Exclusive" and it didn't have this text in the reward tier or in the story graphics. The Frank Frazetta will be available in comic shops and on the HM webstore when we release the magazine in April 2025.

 The team at Heavy Metal have been absolutely blown away and humbled by your shared love for the brand and our plans for its return! The fact so many of you turned out for us – despite all the challenges in our way – says so much about the kind of fans we have, and your appetite for the incredible illustrated sci-fi, fantasy and horror that we plan to bring you.

 You’ve seen our first wave of contributors and creators, but just wait until you see what’s lurking in the wings … You’ll need to wait a little longer, we’re afraid, but for now please accept our heartfelt thanks for what has truly been an overwhelmingly metal day for us! As it stands, we are now over 3500% funded just over 7 hours into the campaign.

 One of our biggest surprises was your appetite for the hardcover edition of this historic first issue, so – in response to the many emails and requests we’ve been sent – we are opening that tier up to everyone who orders during the Kickstarter campaign. This hardcover variant won’t be sold anywhere else, and will remain a true collectible, but we can’t say no to those of you who missed out on it earlier today.
